Orders are processed Monday through Friday between 3:30 PM and 5:00 PM. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using one of our trusted shipping partners.

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Delayed Packages

For domestic orders, please wait 10 business days past the expected delivery date before contacting us. For international orders, delivery delays may vary by region, so please refer to the tracking information provided.

 

Shipping Restrictions

  • The maximum weight for any single parcel is 22kg (domestic) or 20kg (international).
  • Certain items, such as dangerous goods or oversized packages, may incur additional fees or restrictions.
